This year’s budget will be available on the mobile app after the completion of the process of presenting it in Parliament. This mobile app allows to view 14 Union Budget documents including Budget Speech, Annual Financial Statement (commonly known as Budget), Demand for Grants (DG), Finance Bill etc.

How to download app?

The app can be downloaded from the Union Budget web portal (www.indiabudget.gov.in). The ministry has said that the budget document will also be made available for download by the general public on the Union Budget web portal (www.indiabudget.gov.in). What is the language of the app?

This mobile app is available in two languages, one is English and the other is Hindi. Also, the traditional pudding ceremony has been done away with. In a statement, the Finance Ministry said that for the final stage of the Union Budget making process, instead of the traditional Halwa ceremony, sweets have been given to the key employees. But considering the current pandemic situation and the need to follow health safety protocols, this decision has been taken.
